A friendly professional service I have been an Energy assessor since 2007 and work as a self employed Epc assessor We work for local councils estate agents and solicitors supply domestic EPCs at a reasonable fee of £35
I offer same day appointments and produce the epc straight away and you only pay once you have received the report. No middle man keeping the costs low

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Green Deal, Legionella
We supply domestic EPCs at a reasonable flat fee of £45.
We can also provide legionella assessments and floor plans, which can be done at the same time as an EPC.
We are fully Qualified and Accredited with the Quidos Certification scheme.
