Promptness of response : Brilliant initial contact service and brilliant survey service though I strongly disagree with the imposed need for such a ridiculous assessment of the energy efficiency of a small SHOP that has its door open all day, no central heating and no roof lagging when no-one really cares about its heat retaining efficiency!! It's another imposed STEALTH TAX to extract money from struggling small businesses
Quality of service : The appropriate certificate was despatched quickly and efficiently
Value for money : See comments above regarding the stupidity of legally imposing this sort of test on a small shop It's an unnecessary tax burden on the small business industry No-one LIVES in my shop...its heat retaining efficiency is of no interest to my customers or to the potential buyer of my property
