Promptness of response :  It is a pity he did not make the appointment when first suggested because no-one was there when he actually did visit. Consequently he made a couple ofminor mistakes and he is doing his best to correct them.
Quality of service :  He is providing the necessary certification at the agreed price.
Value for money :  He charges about the same as other surveyors. The actual survey is of limited value other than it is required by English legislation (?) in order to sell a property in Wales.
Professionalism :  He is doing his best to correct minor mistakes and assures me that mistakes will not affect the rating of the property.
