Value for money :  I got a telephone call from the surveyor the day the survey was done. Extremely friendly and helpful. Talked me through the results. Advised to recontact any time with any further enquiries or explanations needed. Fantastic service would use again and recommend to family and friends.

I received my homebuyers survey literally within 24 hours of the property inspection being carried out by Kempston-Parkes. The report was very extensive and detailed. Mandy telephoned me before I actually received the report and was extremely helpful in guiding me through the inspection and recommendations. Website easy to use and triggered a number of e-mails and phone calls which proved helpful. I chose Andrew Kempston-Parkes. Andrew was excellent - He gave me really good initial advice over the phone. Didn't try to sell me the most expensive survey, he had a really pleasant manner and not at all pushy; he told me what things to look out for, in choosing a surveyor. We went with him because he was so helpful and approachable, he was extremely efficient, responding to my phone calls quickly. He gave me feedback straight after the survey and answered my questions really clearly. Produced his report very quickly and efficiently and offered to answer any further questions we might have.
