We commissioned a building survey to Mr. Lawrence and we were fully satisfied. The service that we received was the perfect trade-off between pragmatism and human. The report was of optimal quality: it indicated every controversial issue present in the house, and it was filled with more general information that help a non-expert reader to put into context what is stated. Mr. Lawrence has been extremely helpful in advising us on the step to be taken after we received the report, and helped us to obtain quotes and the further professional advice that we needed. Quality of service :  I had requested particular attention to a particular element of the property which was not reflected in the report. Then my follow up questions to the report were ignored. I felt that once payment had been made there was no interest in helping me anymore.

Member's response:The feedback provided by Mr G is very inaccurate. In the initial communication he voiced his concerns about the conservatory extension and if there were any cracks or movement evident.In the report under the appropriate heading, l confirmed there was no evidence of movement or detachment of the conservatory to the main structure. I also advised of the flank elevation of the conservatory which could not be inspected in the limitation section.I replied to subsequent questions again which were answered initially in the report.
