I am a Chartered Building Surveyor with 28+ years post-qualification experience and I have worked for nearly 40 years in the property and construction industry. I undertake Building Surveys, Defect Reports, Schedules of Condition, Schedules of Dilapidation, Boundary Disputes, etc. I am a Party Wall Surveyor and I also act as Expert Witness. Unfortunately. I do not undertake valuations (including RICS Red Book, Right to Buy and Insurance Reinstatement).
