Quality of service :  Never ever having had an EPC report previously, I cannot really say. I can state however that Mr Rees appeared to be very diligent and thorough whilst going round my property.
Value for money :  Having nothing to judge it on I cannot truthfully say. However, I must admit that I was rather surprised that having had, a few weeks prior, full insulation work carried out throughout the roof space by Riva Surveyors, as part of the Government Green Homes Grant scheme, that this did not appear to have been fully taken into consideration in the rating for Roof.
Professionalism :  Absolutely so.
