Promptness of response : Ring Tree Projects gave prompt and accurate replies to the services they offered with a break down of cost likely to be incurred.
Quality of service : Jon Blaza, the Engineer, was able to arrange an appointment quickly and was professional in his manner and the service he offered. He supplied a comprehensive report regarding the removal of a load bearing wall in my home and the specifications for the RSJ to replace it. Communication was by email and he replied promptly every time.
Value for money : Ring Tree gave an up front example of the cost before I agreed to use them. It was excellent value compared to quotes that I had been given by builders offering to do all of the work including arranging and engineer and BC.
Professionalism : Jon Blaza was professional in his conduct throughout my transaction with him, during the site inspection and when supplying the subsequent report and beam specifications. Highly recommended.
