Quality of service :  Nadeem turned up on time and was pleasant enough. I received the EPC but made the mistake of giving him some extra time to complete the floorplan. To date, I have neither received the floorplan or a refund and had to pay again for another floorplan so to say I'm unhappy with the service would be an understatement.
