In addition to providing me with a list of surveyors together with their costs, it also gave me vital information about the types of survey which are available & what can be expected from each type. This information was presented in a very easy to understand way. Having obtained information for both the Homebuyer Survey & the Building Survey, I decided to opt for the Building Survey and chose Edwin Fairey from the list supplied. I engaged Mr Fairey on 30th April & the survey was undertaken on 3rd May. I was very pleased with the way Mr Fairey undertook the survey. In addition to the hard copy report (received within one week of the survey being carried out) he also sent me an advance e-mail copy. The survey itself was carried out to a very high standard and was, I consider, money well spent. In addition to highlighting faults with the property, the survey also included approximate costs for rectification action. This has given me a much better idea of what the final costs for purchasing the property will be. I would recommend Mr Fairey to anyone requiring a fast & efficient service.
