StudioFolk Architects are experienced in delivering buildings and strategic work at all stages, from feasibility and site masterplanning, to on-site construction.
We have a broad range of experience across property types, with a particular specialism in delivering renovations, refurbishments and extensions of existing and historic buildings within complex planning contexts.

We knew it had potential, but we wanted to know exactly what we could and could not do from a planning, architectural and design perspective. The Architectural Assessment they provided to us gave us so many ideas, and flagged a couple of issues for us to be aware of when purchasing. We therefore avoided getting carried away with certain ideas that were just not possible or not realistic, while also getting some new ones that only an architect could think of.
