I was very happy with the website and the prices quoted were significantly cheaper than larger local firms I had contacted. Due to the reasonableness of the prices, I checked that the firms suggested by the site were regulated by RICS and placed calls to the first firm (which went straight to voicemail) and then the second firm. Ed Layton of Thames Valley Surveying answered the phone and confirmed that he would be able to perform my required survey. The survey was carried out promptly and a comprehensive survey report provided. Overall I was very happy with the website and the service provided by Mr Layton.
