Quality of service :  David came to my flat to do what I had anticipated would be a simple energy certificate and electrical check prior to my renting out the property. What he discovered probably made him wish I hadn't called him! The flat had been 'unearthed' for the 17 years I have lived here, and a difficult and time-consuming job ensued to make everything safe. David came back the next day with all the materials and worked like a Trojan to replace the fuse box, connect the electrical earth and then run cabling out of my flat, along the communal hall, into my kitchen and round various corners and through cupboards to earth the gas and water supplies. I was exhausted just watching him - all I had to do was make some coffee to keep him going. He really knows what he is doing; I would recommend him 100%, though he may not thank me for doing so as I can't imagine he would want to do that again!
Value for money :  Job took significantly longer than anticipated, but David stuck to the original quote.
