Quality of service :  I was so impressed and pleased with the service from HI Consultants- when I rang to discuss which survey I wanted Mr Connolly took the time to make sure it suited my needs and discuss any particular questions I had. As I wanted a Home Condition Survey, he was even kind enough to fit me in at short notice, within two days of me ringing up. On the day he had completed the survey, he rang me up to explain what he had found, which helped us to understand what was written in the report. I would definitely recommend this company, they were very thorough, very helpful and the price was very competitive too.
