Quality of service :  Lawrence turned up on time and spent nearly 2 hours looking at the problems with our house. He produced a lengthy report on time. He went on holiday shortly afterwards but answered questions on his return. However, I think he felt a necessity to find problems that perhaps aren't there to justify his fees. My only major gripe is that he could of clarified things with me (as was there all the time) rather than saying he couldn't do various things in the report - for example he could have gone next door to look at a wall if he had asked me.
