Supplier Feedback: Quite simply, Robert was off-the-scale brilliant. I have never, over many years of buying/selling houses, come across someone so obviously knowledgeable and yet so able to share his knowledge - and much-needed and appreciated advice - so engagingly and effectively. He was 100% on the ball and is clearly completely up-to-date with today's building regs, as well as having an encyclopaedic knowledge of changes over the years. I have learnt so much and yet never once did I feel that he was talking down to me. I was thinking of selling up (hence the EPC rating need), but now have a renewed love for this old 1871 house, thanks to him. And add to that, he was such a lovely man. All this for the cost of an EPC rating. Old-school quality of service and for pennies. Were I to buy a new house (as opposed to inheriting), I would use Robert without any hesitation. The detail that he gave me today was infinitely more detailed than the report that I had when I bought the house … and that cost several hundred pounds. I cannot recommend Robert's services too much. Absolutely excellent work done by this company. I had to make a survey for a future purchase of a house that was needed a level 3 survey in it. Since the first call, I had 1 hour initial chat with the surveyor giving me a detail explanation and advice about how the process was going to be. He spent around 4 hours in the house, creating a massive and detailed report (about 130 pages!) with all the details of every single part of the house as well as the land, giving you excellent detail with pictures, indicators and advice on jobs to be done, identifying the problems and offering the solutions for them. After the report was done, I spoke with the surveyor commenting every single page of the report with him, having a lovely chat and resolving all my questions. I will strongly recommend his services (report is being created 3 days after the survey on the house), quick, reliable and trustful! Thank you so much! Specially for a first time buyer like my case, when sometimes you don't know about everything to look in a house.

Quality of service :  I was kept updated on when Bob would be able to carry out the survey, and prior to this, he thoroughly explained what he would/wouldn't do. I received the report a couple of days after the survey and it's very detailed, and has given us peace of mind but also made us aware of issues to sort when we eventually move, which we'd have been oblivious to.
Value for money :  We paid a good deal less than some surveys that friends have said they had.
