Promptness of response : Mr Walker contacted me promptly, and directly. and was able to provide a survey at fairly short notice.
Quality of service : Overall he provided a very good service, and was able to be flexible in arranging appointments.
Value for money : He gave the lowest quote, but I did not feel in any way that it was a 'budget' service.
Professionalism : He was very professional; the written report was thorough, and he was happy to give verbal feedback, and discuss details. I would be happy to call on him again.
