Supplier Feedback: I submitted a Listed Buildings Consent application on the govt Planning Portal, which was found to be invalid due to a lack of architectural drawings. I checked with local planning department who said that I needed to use a planning agent. I found NFA Architectural Consultants online, Azeem was incredibly supportive and sent a surveyor out to measure up and prepared the necessary drawings and conservation area report. The drawings were submitted yesterday, three days ahead of the deadline and I received an acknowledgement of acceptance today. NFA went the extra mile to meet the council deadline. After receiving a quote we thought about it little more, then contacted them again and they sent out a surveyor to do the measured survey, then it took them 10-12 days to draw the plans. they submitted the plans to the council for us and dealt with the council through the process. very happy with the service received.
