Promptness of response : Malachi was very helpful and responsive
Quality of service : Quite a lot of recommendations to hire another expert to check things out. I would have thought that's what the purpose of the surveyor is for. However, it seems like they just do an overview of what's going on with the property and you can then tailor your in depth surveys based on the recommendations.
Value for money : Not the cheapest on the market but well priced.

Promptness of response : very quick response and a very favorable and competitive quotation price.
Quality of service : communication was excellent! was kept informed all along, with the progress. i.e. contacting the vendor of the property, informing me of the dates they were available, and then letting me know they had gained access and completed the survey on the same day as the appointment.
Value for money : very very competitive pricing, compared with all the others. i worried a little that cheaper is not always the best option, but i cannot fault the communication, politeness, and professionalism.

Quality of service : C&C engaged with me by e-mail and responded to my questions appropriately. They kept in touch without me having to prompt them, and produced a report which is right for my needs.
Value for money : I had ordered and paid for an additional design report, and when C&C advised me that this wasn't necessary after the visit they refunded the amount.
Professionalism : The surveyor came on time, was courteous and communicated well, assuring me that I could ask for clarification of anything in the final report. When I did ask a couple of questions about the report C&C gave me clear answers promptly, forwarded in full from the surveyor.
