Promptness of response :  I emailed my enquiry one evening and the surveyor replied the next morning.
Quality of service :  The report contained all of the information we needed.
Value for money :  The quote was very cheap compared to what we would expect to pay for a structural survey so we did doubt it, but the surveyor did the full full report as stated.
Professionalism :  Could have improved on communication. We transferred money and never received an acknowledgement that they had received it (other than a receipted invoice which came with the survey). We also weren't told when the survey had been booked for, we only found out because the seller told us. Other than that, the service was good. We had the report within a week of our enquiry.

Quality of service :  I phoned Derick Zabban.MRICS at Melville & CoEast Molesey who gave me valuable advice with regard to Party Wall notice I needed to give to my neighbours. I followed his advice and happily ( for me) I have not needed to return to use his services as a Party Wall Surveyor.
Value for money :  I was not required to pay a fee on this occasion.

Professionalism :  Only comment would be that i think communication could be improved. I was only informed about the date of the survey once i had emailed to ask when it would be likely. Also i thought i would be contacted to say the report had been done, but had no update but the report did come in the post.
