The Party Wall Company is a Chartered Building Surveying Practice that specialises in Party Wall Matters throughout Greater London and the South East of England.
The Party Wall Company is managed by Jason Hughes MRICS, FFPWS, MCIArb a qualified and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, specialising in Party Wall Matters.
The Party Wall Company undertakes all aspects of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 providing the following services:
• Impartial advice on all Party Wall Matters.
• Pre-commencement appraisals of building & development projects.
• Preparation & serving of valid Party Wall Notices.
• Acting as the Party Wall Surveyor for either Adjoining Owners or Building Owners.
• Acting as the Agreed Party Wall Surveyor.
• Undertaking and preparation of Schedules of Condition.
• Preparation & negotiation of Party Wall Awards & Agreements.
We have an office in SW London (SW19) although we cover all of Greater London and the South-east of England, our fees remain competitive regardless of your postcode.Contact Details
